For appraisersNine portals, one inbox

Every assignment, from every portal, already estimated.

blnd signs in to the claims portals you work in, pulls each new assignment the moment it is dispatched, and writes a CCC ONE-ready estimate file from the photos. You review it, approve it, and it goes back to the claim.

No card. Connect your first portal in a few minutes.

Every portal you work in, in one inbox

Independent appraisers and IA firms take work from five, eight, ten portals at once. blnd signs in to all of them so you stop living in browser tabs.

Seven portals, seven logins
Each with its own queue, its own session timeout, its own idea of where the photos live.
Claim numbers, retyped
From the dispatch email to the portal to your tracker to the estimating system. Every transposed digit is a phone call.
Waiting on a one-time code
The portal logs you out, mails a six-digit code, and you are hunting through your inbox in a body shop lot.
Estimates at 11 p.m.
Inspections fill the day. Writing them up fills the night, and the desk review comes back by morning.

blnd removes all four. Your login stays with your account, and the portal sees you, working faster.

From dispatch to uploaded estimate, without the busywork in between

Four steps. You do the first one once. blnd does the next two on its own. The last one waits for you.

  1. 1

Connect your portals and your Gmail

Sign in to each portal once, inside blnd. Connect the Gmail inbox your one-time codes land in, and blnd reads those codes so a session never dies at 6 a.m. while you are on the road.

    Assignments arrive by themselves

New claims land in one inbox the moment they are dispatched, with the assignment sheet, insured, VIN, loss description, inspection address and photos already pulled. No retyping a claim number into a spreadsheet.

    blnd writes the estimate

From the photos and the assignment notes, blnd drafts the line items: replace, repair, refinish, blend, R&I. It builds a file that imports into the estimating system you already use, plus a PDF. You review and adjust before anything leaves.

Or from inside the portal. The extension puts a blnd button on the case row.

A blnd button inside every portal

Some days you will still be in the portal: a desk reviewer asked a question, or you want to see the file as the carrier sees it. The Chrome extension brings blnd to you there.

This is a demo. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Try it: press a blnd button in the table.

  • Sits in the portal you already use

The button appears on each case row of the assignment queue. No new tab, no copying a file number.

  • One click to see the estimate

Open the draft, check the lines, and see the photos it was written from, without leaving the claim.

  • Upload where it belongs

Approve and the file goes to the exact claim you are looking at. Nothing moves until you press it.

Your logins are your livelihood. We treat them that way.

A portal account is tied to your licence and your client relationships. blnd is built so the worst thing it can do on its own is read.

How blnd handles your data
  • Credentials encrypted at rest

Portal passwords are sealed with AES-256-GCM before they touch the database, and only decrypted inside the job that signs in.

  • Read-only by default

blnd reads assignments, notes and photos. It does not accept, reject, reassign or message anyone on your behalf.

  • You approve every upload

An estimate reaches a portal only after you press approve, on the web app or on the button inside the portal.

  • Gmail, for codes only

The inbox connection looks for portal sign-in codes and nothing else. Disconnect it any time from settings.

Questions appraisers ask us

Something else? Write to hello@blnd.one.

Which portals does blnd connect to?
VistaClaim, ACD Clarity, IAnet, Doan, HEA, Legacy Claims Services, SCA, ClaimLeader and ClaimSolution today. If your work comes through another portal, tell us which; we add them in the order appraisers ask.
Do I still write the estimate in my own estimating system?
You finish it there. blnd produces a CCC ONE-ready file (.xme and .AWF) that imports into the estimating system you already use, with the lines drafted. You open it, check it, adjust anything you see differently, and lock it as you normally would.
Will the portal or the carrier know I use blnd?
blnd signs in as you, with your credentials, the same way you would in a browser. What lands on the claim is your estimate, which you reviewed and approved.
What happens with portals that send a code to my email?
Connect the Gmail inbox those codes arrive in. When a portal asks for a one-time code, blnd reads it from that inbox and finishes the sign-in. It only looks for sign-in codes.
Can blnd upload without me?
No. blnd reads by default. An estimate is uploaded only when you approve it, from the web app or from the blnd button inside the portal.
Does it work for a firm with staff appraisers?
Yes. On Pro and Firm several people share one workspace: the desk sees every incoming assignment, and field appraisers see the ones assigned to them.
